Community and Human Service organizations face many challenges including sharing basic client information and referrals for the purpose of helping their clients obtain better, faster and more informed services. The BraveloŽ Community Network was designed to address these problems and enable human service organizations to collaborate with one another through an easy-to-use and easy- to -access web-based application.

The goal of the BraveloŽ Community Network is to make it possible for families and individuals to access services more effectively and efficiently. It is designed to supplement agencies' current case management systems with secured access to client information. The BraveloŽ Community provides a truly integrated system with shared data, information, and resources from multiple social service agencies that benefits clients, providers, funding sources and the larger community as a whole.

The BraveloŽ Community Network spans the entire human service system by connecting workforce development agencies, homeless agencies, domestic violence organizations, community-based organizations, food pantries and health services to the same collaborative database.
